We collect the information you provide directly through our enquiry form — typically name, work email, organisation and the content of your message. We also collect limited technical information such as browser type and pages visited, in aggregate, to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess applications for open roles, and to improve this website. We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making, and we do not use it to train models.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example email and applicant tracking — under contract and only to the extent required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by writing to privacy@headwaterlab.ai. Where GDPR applies, you also have rights to portability, restriction and objection.
